happy beans mail club is a monthly subscription for colour enthusiasts and stationery lovers. each month features characters from the happy beans world doing different things! themes range from food/drink, activities, hobbies and seasonal. everything is illustrated and packaged by me, using high quality materials to make it extra special!

each month you will receive:

  • a 5×7 art print on archival matte cardstock
  • a mini print on cotton rag cardstock
  • two UV printed vinyl stickers
  • an A6 vinyl sticker sheet
  • a heartfelt letter written by me with patterned backing
  • a washi sample
  • a member sticker to use to fill up your membership card
  • and bonus goodies that change monthly (these can be journal papers, memo sheets, bookmarks etc.)

how it works:

  • sign ups are open until the 15th of each month (or until i sell out), if you sign by the 15th you'll receive the issue currently being shown.
  • free untracked shipping included
  • billed on the 21st of each month after your first payment (this can cause double billing in your first month depending on when you first sign up, so please don’t be alarmed)
  • mail is sent out in batches from the 18th - the 21st, to ensure I have your correct address please make sure that it’s all up to date by the 15th as this is when I’ll start printing labels and packing. 
  • you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time

what is the return policy?

there are no returns available on this item as it's a made to order mail subscription
when is my subscription charged?

your payment will be taken when you first sign up and on the 21st each month

when do I need to sign up?

the cut off date for sign ups are the 15th of the month, or if I sell out before then.
when will I get my mail?

all mail is dispatched in batches between the 18th - 21st of the month. I will always do my best to get it out by the 21st but if I have any holidays planned I will let you know well in advance that the shipping date has changed.

how long does it take to arrive?

all mail is sent untracked to keep costs low, so I am unable to tell you exactly when it will arrive. times will vary depending on your location. If you are in the UK please allow up to 14 days, if you are international please allow up to 4 weeks.
i haven't recieved my mail yet, what should i do?

why have i been charged twice before my first issue?

please don't worry, you will receive all of the mail that you have paid for. the double charge is based on when you signed up and the date payments come out (21st), it just means you have now paid for next month too!
