what is the return policy?

There are no returns available on this item as it's a made to order mail subscription
when will I get my mail?

Mail club catch ups are shipped within 2-5 days of ordering.
how long does it take to arrive?

All mail is sent untracked to keep costs low, so I am unable to tell you exactly when it will arrive. Times will vary depending on your location. If you are in the UK please allow up to 14 days, if you are international please allow up to 4 weeks.
